Demonstrating L’Amour des Jeux of the entire French nation is the goal of these 8 exhibitions which have visited
all five continents since the beginningg of April. They are displayed in French
Diplomatic offices such as Embassies, Consulates as well as the residences of
some Paris 2012 Ambassadors.
Comprising 15 big panels (1m x 2m), the exhibition depicts the Paris 2012 project and French Olympic
values. As part of a two week stay in each country, it also offers visitors brochures
in English and French.
On April 26, Bertrand Delanoë, Mayor of Paris and President of Paris 2012 visited one of the exhibitions. During
his official trip to Algeria, he met Paris 2012 Ambassadors and officially opened
the exhibition at the Cultural Center of Algiers.
The exhibition travels the world until June 2005. Its itinerary includes:
4 to 15 April 2005 : Egypt, Canada, Italy, Senegal, China, Sweden, Kenya and Australia.
24 April to 6 May 2005 : Kuwait, Mexico, Greece, Algeria, South Korea, Norway, Mauritius, Australia
16 to 27 Mai 2005 : Qatar, Brazil, Hungary, Morocco, Singapore, The Netherlands, South Africa, New
Zealand
6 to 17 June 2005 : United Arab Emirates, Argentina, Austria, Tunisia, Japan, Finland, Cameroon,
New Zealand.
